ESSEX, Md. — Baltimore County Police are seeking help in locating 15-year-old Gideon Conrad, who was last seen on September 5, 2024, at 11:20 p.m. in the Essex area. Conrad was wearing a dark green hooded sweatshirt, tan pants, and gray and blue Crocs at the time of his disappearance.
Authorities believe Conrad may be using a green camouflage kayak in the Frog Mortar Creek area.
