Baltimore, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Karmari Hicks, who has been reported missing.
Karmari Hicks was last seen at 3 a.m. on July 1 in the Essex area. She is described as 5’2″ tall, weighing 110 pounds, and was wearing a gray hoodie, gray sweatpants, and cream-colored Nikes. There is a possibility she may be headed to West Baltimore.
