PIKESVILLE, Md. — Baltimore County police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Kendra Vassell, who was reported missing early Monday morning.
Vassell, who is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds, was last seen around 12 a.m. in the Pikesville area. Authorities have not provided a description of her clothing at the time of her disappearance.
