Baltimore County Police Seeking Public’s Help in Locating Missing Woman

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 34-year-old Angelica Rawls, who was last seen on September 13, 2024, around 5:00 p.m. in the Franklin area. Rawls is described as 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 142 pounds, and may be driving a 2020 grey Jeep with Maryland license plate 1EZ2293.

Authorities believe Rawls may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the Baltimore County Police at 307-2020. Community members are encouraged to remain vigilant as the search continues.
