BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD—A regular FAST PLAY enthusiast from Baltimore County has hit a life-changing $100,000 Mega Multiplier top prize, marking a significant turn of fortune in her weekly lottery play.

The winner, a car rental employee, shared her unique story with Maryland Lottery officials. Her winning streak began when she decided to cash in a $5 winning ticket at a local store. “I stopped at a store, cashed it in and bought another ticket,” she recounted. That ticket turned out to be a winner, prompting her to purchase yet another, which also won. Encouraged by her luck, she bought a third and then a fourth ticket—the $10 Mega Multiplier game that secured her the top prize.

Overwhelmed by the win, she initially doubted its authenticity. “I was stunned, just couldn’t believe it,” she said. To confirm the win, she checked the ticket in her car using a lottery app and later struggled to convince her husband of their good fortune. According to her, it took her husband ten minutes of scrutinizing the ticket to accept the reality of their windfall.

The win arrived at an opportune moment for the couple, adding an unexpected and joyful twist to their financial circumstances.
