BALTIMORE, MD — Homicide detectives are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying individuals connected to the tragic death of 17-year-old Devron Tyner.
The incident happened on April 1, in the 200 block of East Pratt Street. Authorities have released photos of persons of interest in the case and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
