Baltimore Double Shooting Leaves One Fighting for Life

BALTIMORE, MD— Two men were hospitalized following a shooting that occurred early Tuesday morning in the 1200 block of South Haven Street in Southeast Baltimore.

The incident began around 2:15 a.m. when a 31-year-old man flagged down a Southeast District patrol officer in the 3100 block of Boston Street, reporting that he had been shot. Medics arrived and transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

Shortly after, at approximately 2:22 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Haven Street for another shooting report. There, they found an unidentified male suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital and is currently in critical condition.

Preliminary investigations indicate that both men were shot at the same location on South Haven Street. Due to the severity of the unidentified male’s condition, Homicide Detectives have been notified.
