Baltimore Homicide Suspect Arrested in New York

BALTIMORE, MD – Joseph White, a 39-year-old Baltimore resident, was arrested on Tuesday, in connection to a homicide that occurred on April 12, 2023, in the Central District. According to investigators, White pushed 28-year-old Christopher Foster onto the subway tracks at the metro station in the 700 block of East Baltimore Street, resulting in Foster’s death.

Detectives apprehended White at a hotel in South Ozone Park, N.Y. He is currently awaiting extradition back to Baltimore City, where he will be charged with first-degree murder.
