BALTIMORE, MD— Southwest District Action Team Officers arrested a 12-year-old boy on West Fayette Street. The boy was observed displaying characteristics of an armed person.
During the investigation, officers seized a loaded handgun from the juvenile, which was later determined to be stolen from South Carolina.
The young suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Juvenile Justice Center before being released to the custody of his father.
