Baltimore Police Arrest 16-Year-Old With Loaded Gun

Baltimore, MD — The Baltimore Police Department reported the arrest of a 16-year-old male in the Southwest District on Tuesday night for a handgun violation. The arrest occurred at approximately 10:30 PM in the 2600 block of West Franklin Street.

Officers from the Southwest District Action Team were conducting an investigation in the area, which led to the seizure of a loaded handgun and controlled dangerous substances (CDS).

The suspect has been charged as an adult and was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility.
