Baltimore Police Arrest Suspect for Handgun and CDS Possession

BALTIMORE, MD — The Baltimore Police Department has made an arrest for handgun and drug possession in Central Baltimore Tuesday afternoon.

On July 30, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Central District detectives monitoring CCTV cameras in the 200 block of North Paca Street observed a male suspect in possession of suspected controlled dangerous substances (CDS).

Detectives apprehended the 31-year-old suspect, recovering various CDS and a loaded CA200 .38 Special Revolver. The suspect was transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility (CBIF) for processing.
