Baltimore Police Arrest Suspect in March Armed Robbery Case

BALTIMORE, MD — A 40-year-old male suspect was arrested on Thursday morning in connection with an armed robbery that took place on March 31, 2024, in the 800 block of North Wolfe Street. The arrest was carried out by members of the Warrant Apprehensive Task Force and the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force at approximately 5:40 a.m.

The suspect is accused of using a handgun to rob a female victim of a substantial amount of U.S. currency during the March incident. Following his arrest, the suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was formally charged.

The arrest marks a significant development in the case, as authorities continue their efforts to address violent crime in the area. The Baltimore Police Department has not released the suspect’s name pending further investigation.
