Baltimore Police Find Gun on Suspicious Suspect

BALTIMORE, MD – A 22-year-old man was arrested by the Northern District DAT officers in Baltimore for possession of a loaded handgun. The arrest took place on the evening of April 9, around 7:16 p.m., in the 1100 block of North Charles Street.

Officers on proactive patrol identified the male suspect due to behavior consistent with carrying a weapon.

When approached, the suspect fled, discarding a man bag he was carrying across his shoulder. The officers were able to apprehend the suspect, recover the discarded bag, and seize a loaded Polymer handgun contained within. The individual was then transported to CBIF for processing.
