Baltimore Police Investigate Shooting of 13-Year-Old

Baltimore, Maryland – A 13-year-old boy was shot yesterday afternoon in Southern Baltimore.

Patrol officers were dispatched to an area hospital at around 2:20 PM, following reports of a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 13-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his left inner thigh. The injury was deemed non-life-threatening as he received medical attention. It was determined through preliminary investigations that the incident occurred in the 1300 block of Hollins Street, and the victim was subsequently taken to the hospital by a family member.
