BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department needs your help identifying the male in sketch provided.
According to Investigators, “The male is described as a black male approximately 30-40-years old, 5’9” and weighs 120lbs. He is possibly homeless and seen wearing the jacket in the below picture.
