BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – In reference to the homicide that occurred on December 9, 2021, at approximately 8:21 a.m., in the 4800 block of Holder Avenue, Investigators need your help in identifying the suspect seen in these pictures. He is described as a black male, medium height and build, wearing all black. The suspect was last seen running northbound on Holder Avenue.
