Baltimore Police searching for family of this non-verbal child found wandering city

BALTIMORE, MD – A child found wandering the streets of Baltimore has been found and recovered by police, now Baltimore police officers are searching for his family.  On December 12, 2020 at approximately 3:00 a.m., Northwest District officers found this child wandering in the 4600 block of Park Heights Avenue.  This child is non-verbal and not communicating with officers. If this is your child, or if you know this child’s parents or guardians, please call officers in the Northwest District at 410-396-2466 or call 911.
