Baltimore Shooting Claims Life of 52-year-old

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating the shooting death of a 52-year-old man that took place late last night in Western Baltimore.

Shortly before midnight, patrol officers arrived at the 2300 Block of West Franklin Street to investigate a report of a shot spotter. Officers found the 52-year-old victim suffering from a single gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
