BALTIMORE, MD — In Baltimore, Western District detectives have arrested 19-year-old Mandyae Turner of Baltimore in connection with a shooting that occurred on March 1, 2024. The incident, which took place inside a business on the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, involved Turner allegedly shooting a 20-year-old male multiple times.
The arrest occurred on Wednesday, and Turner was subsequently transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility. He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder. This arrest marks a critical step in addressing violent crime within Baltimore’s Western District.
