Barnegat police seek information on group involved in property damage incident

BARNEGAT, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying six individuals suspected of damaging a window at a residence in the Crosswinds Development late Saturday night.

The incident occurred on November 16, 2024, at approximately 11:47 p.m. The homeowner reported that a group of individuals, all wearing hooded sweatshirts, approached the property and caused the damage before fleeing toward Bay Shore Drive and Ridgeway Road.

Investigators are particularly interested in identifying one individual who was wearing a dark-colored Mac Miller “Pack of Cigarettes” hoodie at the time.
