Bell Labs Crawford Hill Park Named After Nobel Laureate

Holmdel Township Police Department, led by Chief Allocco, participated in a dedication ceremony for Crawford Hill and the Horn Antenna, which will house the newly established Robert Wilson Park. During the event, members of the Holmdel Police Cadets assisted in managing traffic.

The park is named in honor of Bob Wilson, a local astronomer and Nobel laureate, known for his groundbreaking discovery of cosmic microwave background radiation at the site in 1964, supporting the Big Bang Theory. The community is invited to commemorate Dr. Wilson’s remarkable contributions.
