EASTON, PA – On Monday, Ramel Hutchinson, a 38-year-old from Bethlehem, PA, was taken into custody for his involvement in a disturbance that took place on June 22nd on Northampton Street.
After a thorough investigation, Hutchinson was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.
Following the arrest, he was committed to Northampton County Prison.
