Dagsboro, DE– The Delaware State Police have identified William Blatt, a 79-year-old resident of Dagsboro, as the individual who died in a bicycle crash on Thursday. The accident remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
