Bicyclist Killed in Overnight Crash in Reisterstown

REISTERSTOWN, MD — Officers responded to a fatal collision between a car and a bicycle at the intersection of E. Cherry Hill Road and Shirley Manor Road at 10:35 p.m. last night. The bicyclist, 29-year-old Jose Luis Henriquez Lemus, was struck by a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu and later pronounced dead at an area hospital. The driver of the Malibu stayed at the scene.

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Crash Team have taken over the investigation and are working to determine the details surrounding the fatal incident.
