President Joe Biden, while walking on the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews was attacked by a cicada. Biden will be departing for his first overseas visit since taking office and he’s sending Vladimir Putin that “Europe and the United States are tight.”
“Watch out for the cicadas,” Biden told reporters. “I just got one. It just got me.”
