President Joe Biden made it to Egypt to speak at the United Nations Climate Change Conference but struggled to get his words out despite reading them off a large teleprompter in front of him.
“Our significant climate investment will, quote, help turbocharge the mer, the ener, excuse me, turbocharge the American clean enery, clean energy economy,” Biden said as he struggled to get the words out of his mouth. “I was reading their quote, sorry.”
By “their”, Biden was referring to his own speechwriter.
