PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a break-in and robbery at Booker’s Restaurant and Bar on Baltimore Avenue. The incident happened back in July but police today have released photos of the alleged suspects.
“The police are investigating a commercial burglary that happened on July 29th, 2022, in West Philadelphia’s Cedar Park neighborhood,” the Philadelphia Police Department said in a statement. “The break-in occurred at Booker’s Restaurant and Bar located at 5021 Baltimore Avenue. Surveillance video shows two young men smash the front door and enter the restaurant around 5:30 AM. The offenders go through the entire business, taking cash, checks, alcohol, and a safe: a total value of several thousand dollars.”
