Boomer wanted for indecent exposure at Potomac Mills Nordstrom Rack

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Police are searching for a Woodbridge man accused of exposing himself inside a store at Potomac Mills Mall last week.

Officers responded to the Nordstrom Rack at 2700 Potomac Mills Circle around 2:37 p.m. on May 29 after receiving a report of indecent exposure. According to the investigation, a man was seen exposing himself inside the store. When confronted by an employee, the man left the location. No physical contact occurred during the incident.

Following an investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants on June 1 for Douglas Edward Boomer, 29, of the 2900 block of Fox Lair Drive in Woodbridge. As of Tuesday, police have not been able to locate him.

Boomer is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 168 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. A photo of Boomer from July 2024 has been released in connection with the investigation.

Anyone with information on Boomer’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Prince William County Police Department.
