Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old Missing Juvenile Shamarr Marshall. He was last seen on Sunday, January 23rd, 2022, at 9:50 pm, on the 69xx block of N. Broad St.
He is 12 years-of-age, 4’7”, 80lbs, brown eyes, medium brown complexion, black hair, thin build and was last seen wearing all black clothing.
