PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 14-year-old juvenile, Dylan Collins-Patterson, last seen on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Dylan was reported missing from the 12xx block of W. Tucker St. in the city’s 22nd District at approximately 5:00 p.m.
Dylan is described as 5’4”, weighing 80 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black and gray hoodie, gray sweatpants, white sneakers, and carrying a black and white Nike bookbag.
