Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department seeks the public’s help in finding Giliano Torres, a missing 13-year-old, last seen on Saturday at 2:05 p.m. on the 33xx block of Potter St. Torres was wearing all-black attire, a black head mask, and carrying a white fanny pack.
