Breaking News: 51-49, Kavanaugh Hearing Closed, Time to Vote!

WASHINGTON, DC-The United States Senate has voted to close the nomination hearing for Judge Brett Kavanaugh after a requested delay to perform to perform an FBI investigation to look into allegations made by Christine Ford against the Judge.

New Jersey Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker voted no, remaining steadfast to Democrat national platform of obstructing Kavanaugh’s nomination at all cost.

With the measure passing 51-49 , the Senate’s next step is to vote for the Senate to vote on the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to sit on the United States Supreme Court.  In the event of  a tie vote, Vice President Mike Pence would cast the deciding vote.
