Brick Cops Chicken Out at Local Community Event

BRICK TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Officers from the Brick Township Police Department participated in a community engagement event Tuesday at Chick-fil-A, where they connected with residents during the “Chicken with a Cop” gathering.

The event offered a relaxed setting for conversations between officers and members of the public. Officers also joined Chick-fil-A staff behind the counter to help serve food during the event.

“We had the opportunity to connect with residents in a relaxed and welcoming setting,” the department shared in a social media post.

The police department expressed appreciation to Chick-fil-A for hosting the event and continuing to support community outreach efforts.

Event strengthens community-police partnerships
