BRICK-Brick Township Councilman Paul Mummolo was criticized this week by a resident who was affected in this past fall’s epic flooding, believed to be caused by the construction performed along the Garden State Parkway. He claims Mummolo asked why the township of Brick should bear the burden of the lawsuit, the man’s reply left the council speechless.
