Bronx Apartment Robbery Suspect Flees With $1,000 in Cash, Cell Phone

BRONX, NY – A 47-year-old man fell victim to an armed robbery on Friday, December 15, at around 7:30 p.m. The incident occurred in an apartment building near University Avenue and West 190 Street.

The victim, upon entering the building, was confronted from behind by an unidentified male wielding a firearm. Under the threat of the gun, the victim was forced to hand over his belongings. The assailant made off with $1,000 in cash and a cell phone.

Described as weighing around 150 pounds and standing at 5’10” tall with a dark complexion, the suspect remains at large. Police are urging anyone with information about the incident or the suspect’s whereabouts to come forward to assist in the investigation.
