Bronx Deli Sells $30K TAKE 5 Ticket

BRONX, NY – A top-prize ticket from the TAKE 5 evening drawing on Friday was sold in the Bronx, according to the New York Lottery. The winning ticket, valued at $30,196.50, was purchased at Akram Deli & Grocery, located at 4192 White Plains Rd.

TAKE 5 players select their numbers from a pool ranging from one to 39. The lottery conducts these drawings twice daily at 2:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes.

The New York Lottery remains a significant contributor to the state’s educational funds, having added $3.7 billion in the fiscal year 2022-2023, maintaining its status as North America’s largest and most profitable lottery.
