Bronx Man Arrested After Stabbing Two, Killing Woman, Attacking Pets

BROOKLYN, NY – On Wednesday, Andre Eugene, a 36-year-old Brooklyn resident, was arrested and charged with murder, aggravated cruelty to animals, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The charges stem from an incident on January 19, at 1500 Hornell Loop.

Police responded to a call on the evening of January 19, finding two individuals with multiple stab wounds.

Donna Hyman, a 58-year-old female, was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 36-year-old male was transported to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in critical condition.

The investigation by the local police department led to Eugene’s arrest.
