Bronx Man Charged for Murder in Concourse Village

BRONX, NY — A man was found dead, and another was arrested following a 911 call to a Concourse Village address on November 2.

Responding to the call at 775 Concourse Village East, officers from the 44th Precinct discovered Timothy Dargan, 44, unresponsive within a black plastic bag, presenting signs of head trauma. Emergency Medical Services declared Dargan deceased at the scene.

Investigations led to the prompt arrest of Jayson Dargan, 41, who also resided at the Concourse Village East address. He faces charges of murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The investigation into the circumstances of the incident continues, with police actively working to determine the full scope of events leading to the death of Timothy Dargan.
