Woman sought after broad daylight punch in Bronx dispute
BRONX, NY – Police are searching for a woman accused of punching a 25-year-old victim in the face during a dispute outside a West Bronx building in the middle of the afternoon.
The assault occurred Tuesday, Feb. 17, at approximately 4:52 p.m. in front of 14 West 170 Street within the confines of the 44th Precinct, according to the NYPD.
Authorities said the victim, a 25-year-old woman, was standing outside the location when she became involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified female. The suspect allegedly struck the victim in the face with a closed fist before fleeing the scene on foot.
The victim’s condition was not immediately released.
Police have not provided a description of the suspect.
