Brooklyn subway rider flashes passengers before vanishing into Flatbush streets

BROOKLYN, NY – Friday night commuters on a southbound 2 train were jolted into chaos when a man exposed himself near Nostrand Avenue and Church Avenue, then slipped away before anyone could stop him.

The incident happened around 7:15 p.m. as the train moved through Flatbush.

The man fled the scene on foot and disappeared into surrounding streets.

No injuries were reported following the incident.

The individual, who remains unidentified, was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, green sneakers, and a green hat. Witnesses told investigators the man stood up abruptly, exposed himself, and exited the train at Church Avenue without saying a word, disappearing into the evening crowds.

Police are reviewing surveillance footage from nearby subway stations and businesses along Nostrand and Church Avenues. Officials said there were several passengers on board at the time, and investigators are conducting interviews to help identify the suspect. No arrests have been made as of Sunday.
