Buffalo Mom Sought After Taking Children in Violation of Custody Order

BUFFALO, NY – Buffalo police issued a bulletin today after a mother took her children in violation of a court-ordered custody agreement.

“Buffalo police need the public’s help in locating missing 5-year-old Chase Pagan, 6-year-old Isaiah Pagan and 2-year-old Esrael Pagan,” police said today.

The children were last seen on Sunday at approximately 2:30 pm in the 100 block of Laux St in the City of Buffalo.

The Buffalo Police Department said the children were taken by their mother, 20-year-old Nayvette Serrano, who is in violation of a court-ordered custody agreement.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
