BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Justina M. Singer, who has been reported missing.
Justina is described as a white female, approximately 5’4″ tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She has a large tattoo of wings on her back and may be in the area of Broadway and Bailey.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
