Burglary Investigation Underway on Sambourne Street

Wilkes-Barre, PA – A burglary occurred on Sambourne Street, with Wilkes-Barre City Police responding to the incident on Monday at 12:14 PM. The victim, a 27-year-old resident of Wilkes-Barre, reported the crime to authorities.

Officers arrived at the scene following a report of a burglary. The complainant informed police that the property had been unlawfully entered through the rear entry door.

The burglary occurred between October 3 and October 7. A refrigerator, a stove, and several boxes of flooring were stolen from the residence.

The police investigation remains ongoing. The identity of the suspect is currently unknown.
