Burglary Reported on West Street in Annapolis

Annapolis, MD – A burglary was reported at a facility on the 800 block of West Street, marking a concerning security incident in the area.

On February 15, officers were dispatched to the location following a report by the facility’s caretaker. The incident, which occurred between February 5th and February 9th, involved an unknown individual breaking a window at the back of the building. It is believed that the intruder gained entry through this broken window and later exited through the front door.

The broken window was repaired on February 9, the same day the burglary was discovered. However, the caretaker only reported the incident to the police on February 15, following advice from the property manager. Remarkably, nothing was reported stolen from the building despite the unauthorized entry.
