DOVER, DE – The Delaware State Police arrested Autumn Bray, 34, of Camden, Delaware, on weapon-related and DUI charges following a traffic stop on South Dupont Highway early Sunday morning. A patrolling trooper noticed a white Range Rover missing a license plate and a rear wheel tire, veering off the road and onto a curb.

The trooper pulled over the vehicle south of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. While speaking with Bray, the officer detected signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and Bray was taken into custody without incident. A search revealed a loaded handgun concealed in the front of Bray’s jeans. Bray did not have a valid permit to carry the weapon.

Bray was taken to Troop 3 and charged with Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, a felony, Possession of a Firearm While Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, and additional traffic offenses. She was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on her own recognizance.
