WASHINGTON, DC — Three suspects made off with a BMW ZHNG scooter during a carjacking early Wednesday in the 1400 block of Maryland Avenue NE, then fled in a black sedan heading south on 14th Street NE.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m., and the stolen scooter bore Maryland tags. Investigators are working to identify the three male suspects involved in the theft.
