Carjacking Incident Leads to Arrest in Baltimore

Baltimore, MD – Western District patrol officers arrested a suspect following a carjacking incident that occurred on Monday. Officers responded to a report of the incident at around 2:41 a.m. in the 2400 block of West North Avenue.

A 31-year-old male ride-share driver was assaulted by a male passenger. Following the assault, the victim exited the vehicle, and the suspect drove away with it.

Officers received a detailed description of the stolen vehicle and found it on Presbury Street. A 20-year-old suspect was apprehended after a short foot chase.
