Carjacking Reported in Brooklyn Park

BROOKLYN PARK, MD – Northern District detectives are investigating an armed carjacking that took place on Wednesday, around 11:00 p.m. in the vicinity of Bishop Avenue and Gibbons Avenue. The victim, an adult male, was seated in his parked silver 2012 Hyundai station wagon when two male suspects, clad in all-dark attire and armed with handguns, approached him. Upon their demand, the victim surrendered his property. The suspects subsequently drove off in the victim’s car.
