Carjacking, Shooting Reported Friday Morning in Alexandria’s West End

ALEXANDRIA, VA – On Saturday, a man became the victim of a suspected carjacking in the Landmark area, sustaining non-life-threatening injuries from a gunshot.

This follows a series of incidents on Friday morning.

Multiple shots were fired in the West End, with a notable shooting on the 4300 block of King Street. No injuries were reported from this incident.

However, another individual was left in a serious but stable condition after an armed robbery around 9:30 a.m.

To date, no arrests have been made in relation to these incidents, and updates on the investigations remain pending.
