MIDDLETOWN, PA – One very lucky jackpot-winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket was sold for the July 25th drawing. The ticket matched all five balls drawn to win $580,000 minus withholding.
The ticket was purchased at Cascade Express on South Cascade Street in New Castle. They will earn a $5000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The winning numbers were 04-09-12-18-24.
